Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
